WE EXPECT THE FOLLOWING FROM YOU AS A VOLUNTEER:
NVI members' assignment is very flexible, depending on each project. In general, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Organizational Continuity: Supply continued and effective leadership for NVI and ensure its future.
2. Funding: Develop funding strategies adequate to NVI’s needs.
3. Programs: Maintain the organization's trust in the community by ensuring that the mission is relevant and carried out.
4. Community Relations: Monitor the impact of the organization’s programs on the community.
5. Planning and Evaluation: Anticipate long-range strategic planning and policy decisions.
Specifically, you should check to see if NVI programs fit and are being followed, and evaluate their impact to determine future action.

Maintenir la confiance de la communauté en notre association, s’assurer que notre raison d’être est compatible avec les besoins de la communauté et faire en sorte que la NVI se dirige toujours vers ses objectifs.
4. Relations avec la communauté
Organiser les projets de manière à avoir un impact positif sur la communauté.
5. Planification et Evaluation
Prévoir à long terme la stratégie, la planification et la politique décisionnelle pour l’association.
- En particulier, vérifier et évaluer nos projets afin de déterminer des actions futures.
- En général, votre rôle se limite à conseiller.
